Questions you might have

Are your partner hospitals accredited?

Our partner facilities include Grade 3A hospitals with dedicated international departments, JCI-accredited institutions, and specialised screening centres. Accreditation status varies by facility and city — your coordinator will share the relevant details for your assigned hospital when your booking is confirmed.

Is Goji a licensed medical provider or an intermediary?

Goji is a health coordination service that connects international visitors with accredited partner hospitals in China. We handle the booking, translation, and coordination — the clinical care is delivered entirely by the medical teams at our partner facilities.

What do I need to bring to my appointment?

Your passport is all you need. Everything else is prepared in advance by your coordinator.

How long does the checkup take?

It depends on the package you choose. The Essential Checkup is typically a half-day. The Targeted Checkup runs a full day. The Premium Retreat is a two-day inpatient programme.

What does the package include?

Each package includes a set of medical assessments matched to your age, sex, and health profile, coordinated by an English-speaking team, with a bilingual report delivered within 3–5 business days. The exact tests vary by tier — full details are on each package page.

Do I need a visa to visit for a checkup?

Many visitors no longer need one. Citizens of over 50 countries — including the UK, US, Canada, Australia, most EU member states, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and others — can currently enter China visa-free for up to 30 days for tourism and business purposes, which covers a health checkup visit.
