You share your medical records and a short history of your condition. Experienced Chinese general practitioners and our client service team review it together, and you hear back within 24–48 hours. Once your case is created, we assign you a dedicated English-speaking care manager, the one person who coordinates everything from here on.
We match your case to the hospital and physician suited to your exact condition. This step needs nothing further from you. If you already have a specific hospital outside our network in mind, tell your care manager; we support accompaniment there too.
We give you a cost range once your case has been reviewed, calculated from your actual condition, and confirm your appointment and time slot before you arrive. We also brief the hospital on your case in advance. If you need a visa, you provide your passport and personal details, and your care manager prepares the S1 or S2 application documents for you; the issuing authority makes the final call, not us.
